Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Dropshipped Items Some of our boutique items ship directly from our supplier. You may receive multiple packages if your order contains items from different sources — don't worry, they're all on their way! 🐾

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
